Exchange / Replacement Terms 

We only offer an exchange in the form of store credits, unfortunately, we do not offer bank refunds as of now.

Since returning a product incurs a lot of hassles & 3x logistics cost, we charge a fixed cost of. If you have received a wrong product / defective product from our side, be rest assured that the cost of pickup and delivery is borne by us.

Reverse pickup and re delivery is available at an additional fee of Rs. 95 .Reverse pickup may or may not be available due to covid restrictions in certain areas (Not all the locations have the pickup facility available). If the pickup is unavailable, you accept to selfship the parcel back to us.

Reverse pickup is usually done within 24-72 Hours. Once the pickup is done, we offer store credits within 3 working days (Once we receive your order back). The store credits are offered only if the product is returned back in the same condition as ordered, any product returned in used, washed, or in damaged condition will be returned back as it is. We are serious about garment hygiene & do not compromise by shipping used garments to any of our customers.

Clearance sales products are not eligible for any form of exchange or return. Please make sure that your product wasn’t purchased from the clearance. If your location is unavailable for pickup, we will request you to self-ship the package back to us. Make sure to send the items in an appropriately-sized parcel, preferably in the original box.
